What the service is

Okay to Work reads certificates of insurance and reports what they say compared with a set of requirements. It is not insurance, legal or risk advice. A certificate does not prove coverage, and we can make mistakes. Confirm anything important with the vendor's insurance agent, your broker or counsel.

The free audit and the demo

Both are provided as is, free of charge, without warranty. We may change or stop them at any time.

What you may upload

  • Only certificates you are entitled to share with us for this purpose.
  • No malware, and nothing unrelated to certificates of insurance.
  • Please do not try to get around the security check on our forms or our limits on how often you can upload.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on our reports, or for indirect or consequential losses.
