Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed, so you are never charged for the trial.

Full refund in the first 14 days

If Okay to Work isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund. No reason needed.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime by replying to any email from us or writing to the address above. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. Payments after the first 14 days are not refunded for partial months.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
